We have a separate quality control department comprising quality control engineer who supervise the various products for effective quality.

Our quality processing system starts from procurement of raw materials to the delivery of consignment. We test the basic raw materials used for manufacturing to deliver the best developed products to the customers. The raw materials are checked visually in order to negate any cracks, surface defects, overlapping, seams and pitting.

Infrastructure

We have robust infrastructure unit which is spread over a wide area, where all the requisite manufacturing facilities are installed. At our production unit, we have latest technologies and modern machinery, which extensively help us in timely production & waste reduction. Some of the machines installed at our unit such as lathe machine, CNC machine, grinder machine, milling machine, etc assist us in prompt delivery of the products.

In addition to this, we have an In-house design unit, wherein we have CAD and CAM facilities, which are of great help in better design and development. We also have safe packing and warehouse facilities, which keep our products absolutely safe and defect free.
